Bihar Cricket Association hereby invites Expressions of Interest from eligible Web Developers, Agencies, and Professionals interested in providing Social Media Services, including dedicated web space for showcasing the activities, work, and achievements of the Bihar Cricket Association.

Interested parties are required to submit their Expression of Interest along with a detailed profile, applicable Terms and Conditions, a presentation (PPT), and the proposed rate/financial quote. The submission shall include, but not be limited to, the following details:

Name of the firm/company/proprietor
Complete postal address
Email ID and contact number
List of valued or existing clients
Details of infrastructure and technical capacity
Copies of requisite licenses or registrations, wherever applicable

The Expression of Interest may be submitted either by email at bca@biharcricketassociation.com or by hard copy addressed to:

The last date and time for submission of the Expression of Interest is 21 January 2026, up to 17:00 hours.

Bihar Cricket Association reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any or all Expressions of Interest, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
