The cases fixed for hearing on 24.10.2022 were fixed due to inadvertence as at the time of fixing the cases for 24.10.2022 it could have not been noticed that on that date there is Deepavali festival.

Therefore, the cases fixed for 24.10.2022 would not be taken for hearing on that date rather the same would be taken for hearing on 08.11.2022 instead of 24.10.2022.
