• School Mark sheet, School Leaving Certificate, Bonafide Certificate (Mandatory)
• Pan Card (Mandatory)
• Cancelled Cheque / Passbook (Mandatory)
• Original Address Proof Viz. Passport/ Voter ID (Mandatory)
• GST Registration Certificate (is applicable)
