The Junior Cricket Committee has further shortlisted Boy’s U-16 players for TW-3 Bone test which is scheduled to be held at “Saksham Diagnosis Centre”, B/182, Zee Purvaiya Lane, Near Sri Krishna Puri Park, Patna- 800001 on 27th October 2024 at 10:00 AM.

All the selected players are instructed to report to “Saksham Diagnosis Centre” on the above-mentioned date and time along with one colour Xerox copy of the below-mentioned documents:

Digital birth certificate 
Last 3 years' school mark sheet with DOB mentioned
Bonafide certificate with DOB mentioned
PVC Aadhaar card

(All above-mentioned Original Certificates are must be brought for Medical Tests)
