All umpires of the Bihar Cricket Association (BCA) panel who have passed the umpiring examination in any year must confirm their availability for officiating matches.

It has come to the BCA notice that many umpires of the Bihar Cricket Association panel have been unavailable for BCA matches. Umpires who will not confirm their availability will be removed from the panel and a new panel will be formed.
