Required Documents for BCCI TW3 Medical Test
All eligible boys (Under-16) and girls (Under-15) who will participate in the upcoming BCCI TW3 Medical Test are hereby informed to prepare and bring the following original documents:
1. Digital Birth Certificate
2. Government-issued PVC Aadhaar Card (with the latest photograph)
3. School Mark sheets for the Last Three Academic Years must mention the Date of Birth
4. Bonafide Certificate from the school, must be printed on official school letterhead and include:

(All the above information shall be furnished as per the school’s record by the Principal of the School (letterhead) with his/her currently working mobile number and seal)
Note:
Submission of all the above-mentioned documents is mandatory at the time of the medical test. Failure to provide any of these documents will result in disqualification from the medical test
