This is to notify that the so called Annual General Meeting organised on 24th May 2021 by the ex secretary Mr. Sanjay Kumar who now stands removed and debarred (through Case No EO/ O/ O1-02-2020 in the court of the Ethics Officer BCA which clearly reads that Sanjay Kumar “ is held guilty of conflict of interest and accordingly I direct that he be removed from the post of Secretary, BCA and he is also debarred from taking his involvement with the game of cricket for a period of one year from today” ) or Mr. Rabi Shankar Pd Singh dismissed ex secretary is illegal. Hence any member of the affiliated units of Bihar Cricket Association are hereby notified to refrain from attending this meeting both in person or through any link sent by Mr. Sanjay Kumar. Whosoever attends this meeting shall be debarred and his district association shall be disaffiliated as per bye laws of Bihar Cricket Association.
