As per written direction of Honorable President to notify you all office bearers and members of Committee of Management for convening emergent meeting on 28th May 2020 through video conferencing from 2.00 pm onwards.
It is a well known fact that all the meetings,activities and other necessary action have been delayed due to the outcome of COVID19 . Government advisories and precautions has to be adhered to and it is an abnormal situation which is beyond any one's control.
However, it is decided with highest regard to our Rules & Regulations (BCA) that one emergent meeting of COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT be convened through video conferencing on 28th May from 2.00PM onwards to discuss the following:
1. To Confirm the proceedings of earlier meeting
2. To discuss and decide about the Statement of Account for last financial year
3. To discuss and decide about the matters related with accounts.
4. To discuss and decide about the budget for the year 2020-21
5. To discuss and decide about the functioning of the office.
6. To discuss and decide about Domestic Cricket Activities.
7. To discuss and decide about the Selection procedure of State teams/Camps and related matters.
8. To discuss and decide about the status of infrastructure and it's development.
9. To discuss and decide about the seminar, refresher course and workshops for Umpires, Coaches,Trainers, Curators, Physiotherapist, Video Analyst etc.
10. To discuss, decide and review about the action taken so far in implementing the earlier decisions of the BCA.
