1. Legal Consultant-cum-Legal Service provider (01post)
Job Description
* Advice, Assist and Represent the Bihar Cricket Association in the courts of law as and when required within the territory of India where the subject matter related with Bihar Cricket Association arises.
* To advice on appointment/hiring of other senior attorney on his behalf ,if needed, to represent Bihar Cricket Association.
* To provide legal consultancy to Bihar Cricket Association’s office bearers or its authorised representatives as and when required on the matters related with Bihar Cricket Association's interest
* To provide legal consultancy to Bihar Cricket Association’s office bearers or its authorised representatives as and when required on the matters related with Bihar Cricket Association's interest.
* To Assist and Advice Bihar Cricket Association on any or all matters which invites legal repercussion.
2. LAW Officer (Two Post)
Job Description
* Advice, Assist and Represent the Bihar Cricket Association in the courts of law as and when required within the territory of India where the subject matter related with Bihar Cricket Association arises subjectto instruction from the Legal Consultant-cum-Legal Service provider.
* To provide legal consultancy to Bihar Cricket Association’s office bearers or its authorised representatives as and when required on the matters related with Bihar Cricket Association's interest.
* To provide legal consultancy to Bihar Cricket Association’s office bearers or its authorised representatives as and when required on the matters related with Bihar Cricket Association's interest. He shall prepare, draft and discuss the cases with Bihar Cricket Association's office bearers, authorities, designated officers/employee, authorised representative for the specific cause and help in arriving for taking suitable measures/ action case to case and time to time.
* To Assist and Advice Bihar Cricket Association on any or all matters which invites legal repercussion. Shall be responsible for timely preparation, drafting, filing, suing, responding and for taking proper action in any or all legal or law matters. Shall have to visit the BCA office as and when required.
