Bihar Cricket Association
This is to notify that SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of General Body of BCA is scheduled to be held on 28.05.2021 from 4.00 pm onwards through person-in-presence* and/ or Web, as the circumstances may permit.
The SGM shall transact the following:-
1. To Discuss and Confirm the proceedings of the last Meeting.
2. To Discuss and Decide the Report of the BCL Governing Council.
3. To Discuss and Adopt the Statement of Account for the F.Y. 2019-20 and 2020-21 under review.
4. To Discuss and Approve the Provisional Budget for the Year 2021-22 under review.
5. To Discuss and Decide the renewal / appointment of OMBUDSMAN / ETHICS OFFICER and Adopt the Reports of OMBUDSMAN Cum ETHICS OFFICER.
6. To Discuss and Adopt COMMITTEES and CEO reports.
7. Any other matter with the permission of Hon’ble Chair.
Note:- The Meeting shall follow the guide lines/SOP/Advisory in regard of the COVID issued by Government. The SGM is being convened under my signature on the specific concurrence of the President, Bihar CA
*In the circumstances of person-in-presence, the venue shall be intimated later.
