NOTIFICATION
All the members of Committee of Management & Special General Body Meeting are hereby informed that the venue for the meeting of COM & SGM has been shifted to 3rd Floor, Hotel Republic, Exhibition Road, Patna. Thus, members are requested to participate in the meetings at 3rd Floor, Hotel Republic, Exhibition Road, Patna. Date & Time is same i.e. 02.09.2018 at 10:00 am & 11:00 am respectively.
It is further informed that in the Special General Body Meeting only one office bearers from respective full members shall be allowed/entertained. It is also informed that in the event President of any member association comes for the meeting then none other office bearers of same member association shall be allowed/entertained.
