Guideline for the Players Registration by the DCA on BCA Portal
As per the current scenario of covid-19 the officials of Bihar Cricket association decided to conduct the player registration for the session of 2019-20 on the centralized portal of Bihar Cricket Association.
The online portal of Bihar Cricket Association allows the District Cricket Association to register their various players in their respective segments via the online portal by using their login credentials.
The steps which are to be done for the the proper and correct online registrations are as follows:
Pre-request are followings.
Completely filled application form of the player
Scan copy of players Aadhar card
Scan copy of date of birth of player's issued by government
Scan copy of player father and mother Aadhar card
Scan copy of player father and mother EPIC card
Scan copy of application form
Scan copy of photo
Scan copy of PAN card passbook and passport (optional)
Steps to be followed
1. Login to portal

Username :- sent to the offical mail id
Password :- sent to the offical mail id
2. Navigate to players Registration
3. Fill the registration form
4. View the registered player

This portal will help us in maintaining the transparency and record of the players as well, this will be done by the District Cricket Association through their own login ID allotted to each district Cricket Association by the undersigned and the password of it will be provided by service provider directly, this is to be kept confidential for security and secrecy.
Once the portal is being blocked after announcement of the last date of uploading the players of the district concerned, no new uploading is possible after that, this will be the another tool for restricting the last time entry of a player to the state and district team.
The District Association has to fill up the players for any match or any trial only amongst the uploaded players at the portal for his District, and also there will be no addition to it without the permission of BCA.

One more thing to inform you all is that the last date of submission of the player's registration form which is 25th of June 2020 be extended to 5th of July 2020.
