Notification to all CoM Member's, Full Members and Associate Members of Bihar Cricket Association for Special General Body Meeting and General Body Meeting on 26th June 2020 at Hotel Aditya Inn, South Ramna Road Ara Bhojpur.
Dear Sir/Madam,
As instructed by the Hon'ble President of BCA, this is to inform you that the Special General Body Meeting and General Body Meeting of Bihar Cricket Association which was notified on dated 5th March 2020 through email and vide following notification at website.

And due to corona virus pandemic and guidelines of Government of India and Government of Bihar, four different notification for rescheduling/extension were made vide following notifications.
Is now scheduled to be held on 26th June 2020 at Hotel Aditya Inn, South Ramna Road Ara Bhojpur from 12:30 p.m. onwards with the agenda and schedule published and notified to you to all through mail on 05th March 2020 and vide notification.
It is also requested that due to corona pandemic the maximum limit to organise a meeting is of 50 people. Only one person who's name will be duly recommended by the office bearer of the full member, either by majority or unanimity is allowed to attend the meeting.
Please confirm your attendance two days before the schedule to return of the mail so that necessary arrangements can be made.
