Dear Sir / Madam
All Retired Ranji Players, All Coaches , All Physios, All Trainer and Team Manager of Team Bihar for various segments including Ranji Trophy/Senior Men and Women - Boys/Girls (various age group teams of Bihar) in 2019-20.
The Coaches , Physios, Trainer and Team Manager working with various age group and Senior teams (Men & Women) for season 2019-20, are requested to submit an extensive individual player's report and your teams performance analysis in the season 2019-20
This report must include the detailed observation about a player as Coach, Physio and trainer separately, the entire report - match wise to BCA for better understanding about the performances, behavior, discipline, physical status of a player, endurance of a player, application to his team by a player and overall analysis to it. The team manager should report tour wise detailed Manager's report separately. ALL REPORTS HAS TO BE SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE 15.06.2020 to the undersigned, CEO & G.M. Cricket Operation through email.
This will help us in better preparation in upcoming season. It will also help our selectors for upcoming season and coaches during camps.They will have an idea in advance about a player.
This will help in the selection process in general and developing each individual player in particular.
WE WANT TO HAVE A MEETING WITH All Retired Ranji Players, All Coaches , All Physios, All Trainer and Team Manager of Team Bihar for various segments including Ranji Trophy/Senior Men and Women - Boys/Girls (various age group teams of Bihar) in 2019-20. TO DISCUSS
1. BLUE PRINT FOR DEVELOPING & STRENGTHENING OF TEAM BIHAR FOR FORTHCOMING SEASON.
2. ITINERARY OF BCA DOMESTIC.
3. SOP OF PHYSIOS AND TRAINERS.
4. INFRASTRUCTURAL RESOURCES / ASPECTS IN BIHAR and THE RESPONSIBILITY OWNED BY EACH STAKEHOLDERS.
Sir/ Madam, you are also requested to attend a meeting with BCA officials and all technical persons working for Bihar Cricket Association on 15th of June 2020 at the Republic Hotel Patna from 12:30 pm.
