: Send the names of One On-line Scorer, One Manual Scorer and atleast One District Umpire and all BCA state panel UMPIRES to the Workshop on dated 07.03.2018

This is for your information that domestic cricket
tournaments of all age groups are to commence for which each district members
will have atleast One On-line Scorer, One Manual Scorer and One District
Umpire.
It is therefore requested to send the details of One
On-line Scorer, One Manual Scorer , One District Umpire and all the BCA umpires of your District latest by 05th
March 2018, so that they may attain the workshop to be held on 07th
March 2018 at Mouin Ul Haque Stadium, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16 from 10.00 AM.
The requisite qualifications for On line Scorers are
that he must have the knowledge of English writing, experience of cricket
scoring and must possess his own lap-top/android phone. THEY MUST COME WITH LAPTOP & ANDROID PHONE.
The requisite qualifications for On Manual Scorers
are that he must have the knowledge of English writing and experience of
cricket scoring.
The requisite qualifications for District Umpires are
that he must have the knowledge of Latest Rules of the Game, marking the pitch
and experience of five years of cricket umpiring at District Level.
It is therefore requested to send the names of
eligible candidates latest by 05th March 2018 and after the
confirmation from the Hony. Secretary, asked them to attend the workshop on 07th
March 2018 at 10.00 am at Mouin Ul Haque Stadium, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16 from
10.00 AM.
