NOTE:


1. All District Members should send their respective list of players on or before 20th May, 2018 through registered email to BCA.


2. All District Members/Host District Members should verify the followings:


(I) Each players should be domicile of State of Bihar, in support of domicile each players shall have to submit


(a) Aadhar Card of the player and


(b) Voter ID of parents


                                                (II) Each Players must have born on or after 01st September, 2002. In support of Age Proof, the players have to submit:


a. Birth Certificate issued by Corporation/Govt. prior to 01.09.2017.


b. School Mark-sheets of three consecutive classes immediately prior to the class in which player is studying at present. If player is registered for Class Xth examination or has passed matriculation then matriculation registration/certificate is compulsory.


(III) Each players should sworn Affidavit (if minor, then of the father/mother and if unfortunately father or mother is not alive then close relative) stating therein that he/she is not registered with any State Association other then BCA and its members.

4. If any protest is received by the host district members in respect to age, domicile and registration of a player, then in that case match shall not be delayed or postponed. The documents in support of protest and the documents submitted by the player under protest shall be examined by the BCA. If the protest is found correct then the team in which the player under protest has played shall be declared to be looser irrespective of the result of the match. If two or more such player is found in a team then such team shall be banned to play any of the tournaments of BCA for one cricketing season. A protest can be made on payment of Rs. 1000/- per player which shall be refunded if the protest is found to be genuine. Protest can be made before the host association with a copy to opposite team captain/coach/manager till 30 minutes of completion of the match.


5. Playing Condition:


(a) Each inning of the Match (except final) shall be played of 50 Over, Final shall be played of two days.


(b) The playing hours (except final) shall be: 07:00 am to 10:30 am AND 11:15 am to 02:45 pm (45 mts. Lunch Break)


Playing hours for Final match shall be: 07:30 am to 10:30 am, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm and 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm [ 10:30 am to 11:00 am shall be Comfort Break and Lunch & Heat Break shall be of 02 hours from 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm]

Note: Considering the temperature of the match day, the Umpires are at liberty to change the duration of playing hours for providing extra drink breaks at shorter intervals and for this match finishing time may be extended till light permits.


(c) Tournament Committee approved balls shall be used in the match.


6. The host district members shall arrange the followings:


(a) Accommodations for visiting team and umpires from a day before the schedule match day.


(b) Break Fast, Lunch and Dinner for visiting teams and Umpires during their stay.


(c) Sufficient Drinks during match days for playing teams and match officials


7. The host district members shall have to pay the remuneration to the Umpires at the rate as approved by BCA. Host district members will make such payment only after receipt of bills from the Umpires.
