This is to inform you that Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta from Bhagalpur will
officiate the match as an umpire from 12th of December 2020 to 15th of
December 2020 at Purnia in place of Mr Subhit Kumar Singh from
Samastipur.
In place of Dr Jai Shankar Thakur of
Bhagalpur , Dr biswanath Mishra senior retired player of Bhagalpur will
supervise the match from 12th of December 2020 to 15th of December 2020
at Purnia.
Mister Ashish Kumar Patel of Nawada
replaces Mr Manish Anand of Nawada to supervise the matches to be
played at Bhagalpur as an observer.
