The Convener of BCA has repeatedly request all the District Associations to send the duly filled in forms of 25-30 selected players along with requisite supporting documents. It has been informed that most of the District Associations have not complied the aforementioned request by the learned Convener. All the District Associations are directed to send the forms of the selected players along with supporting documents immediately failing which the District Associations not complying with this direction, their teams will not be allowed to play their respective matches and the rival team will be declared winner by default. Host District Associations are requested to send the copies of forms and documents collected by them to me and Convener, BCA. Treat it most urgent.
